Why I can't seem to open another image to my document in photoshop cs3?
Every time I try to open an extra image to my document it opens up in a new window instead. It is avoiding me from adding a picture to my background. I would be very grateful if you could help me out.Why I can't seem to open another image to my document in photoshop cs3?
