For the best outcome I'd say save it as 88 inches long and 21 inches high. Or even bigger.

You don't really lose much in quality shrinking an item, but making one larger you do.Need to print a sticker on photoshop but dont know what size should it be?
Create your design. You can size your design within Photoshop by creating a new file and determining the height , width and resolution of your image. Then, select the text tool, located on the right of the screen, and stretch it across your image to write text on the decal.
Ultimately you need to set the size of the document to 88' x 21' and if you are getting it printed you need to make sure you have a resolution between about 150dpi and 300dpi. Resolution is the critical thing however, too low and it will come out pixelated when you print it large.
