when you copy a picture to another picture, how can you make the picture that got copied smaller?I have a question about adobe photoshop elements 6 for windows vista?
On the copied image click control + T for Free transform, this will allow you to reduce or enlarge the image.
Alternatively in the Edit menu click on Transform
