How do you use ADOBE PHOTOSHOP ELEMENT 6?

I cant figure this out i am so lost. i just got it and i want to know some neat stuff to do on it like for one how to put one kayer on top of another and how to blend them to makae them look nice. wow that was a run on ssentce oh well lol can some one please give me some tips?How do you use ADOBE PHOTOSHOP ELEMENT 6?
Photoshop is a professional program, you won't be able to learn it in a day.

okay so you need to use the magic wonde tool


erace the backround on the layer your going to move on...then chance the eraser tool to erase backgrounds, it will look like a chess born chlick and drag to the picture you want to put it on...there you go
